The first day of the meeting brought together a number of participants who showed interest in topics related to negotiation and social dialogue in the working environment. The seminar was divided into several blocks, which included presentations, discussions and practical exercises.
The seminar was scheduled to start at 9:00 a.m. and the first activity was the registration of participants. This opening act was followed by the welcoming of the participants and the ceremonial opening of the event. The organizers tried to create a pleasant atmosphere and welcomed everyone present.
Subsequently, the present participants were invited to introduce themselves and their expectations from this seminar. Each participant had the opportunity to share their experiences with others and set goals they want to achieve.
presentations were followed by an important topic on negotiation strategies in the work environment. Experts on this issue presented information and tips on how to achieve successful results in negotiations and conflict resolution in the work environment.
This presentation was followed by a break during which the participants could have refreshments and discuss among themselves. Subsequently, a discussion on social dialogue in Slovakia was started. Participants had the opportunity to express their opinions, experiences and questions related to this topic.
After the end of the discussion, another part of the seminar followed, which was devoted to a discussion with the participants about the topics of social dialogue. Participants could ask questions and express their opinions on the topics that were discussed.
This active morning was followed by a break for lunch during which the participants could rest and discuss among themselves. Lunch was followed by the practical part of the seminar, where the participants took part in various role-playing games, which were used to practice negotiation techniques, and the participants had the opportunity to try different situations and strategies during negotiations.
Summary of the meeting and the last part of the seminar, the participants could share their impressions of the whole seminar, ask questions and get answers to them.
The entire seminar was an educational and interactive event that allowed the participants to gain new knowledge about negotiation and social dialogue in the work environment. Discussions, presentations and practical exercises provided an opportunity to improve skills in these areas and exchange experiences between participants.
On the second day, we continued to discuss the topic of mediation and its application in various areas, especially in labor law disputes. The seminar was divided into several blocks, including recapitulation of the previous day, presentations, discussions and practical exercises.
We started the morning with a recap of the previous day. The participants had the opportunity to share their impressions, questions and knowledge they gained during the previous seminar.
Subsequently, we addressed the topic of mediation and its principles and forms. Experts in this field gave presentations on various aspects of mediation and its application in various contexts.
After this presentation, we had a break during which the participants could have refreshments and discuss among themselves.
The next part of the seminar was devoted to mediation in labor law disputes. Experts in this field presented procedures and approaches to mediation in the work environment and dispute resolution.
After this part, we had a break for lunch, during which we had the opportunity to rest and strengthen ourselves. After lunch, we continued the discussion with the participants on the topic of mediation. Participants had the opportunity to ask questions, express their opinions and share their experiences with mediation.
Subsequently, we devoted ourselves to the practical part of the seminar, where we focused on role-plays and exercises focused on mediation. The participants had the opportunity to try different situations and mediation techniques.
At the end, we had a summary of the meeting, where we devoted ourselves to questions and answers. Participants had the opportunity to ask additional questions, express their impressions and get answers from experts.
I would like to thank all participants, presenters and organizers for their active participation and contribution to this successful seminar. I believe that the knowledge and experience gained from mediation will have a positive impact on the working environment of the participants and will help them to better resolve dispute situations.
