At the seminar, we explored key aspects related to occupational health and safety (OSH) in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The following points underline the importance of adapting OHS strategies in this new reality:

Increased risk of contagion: We have identified new risks associated with the possibility of contagion in the work environment and adapted measures to minimize them.

Changes in the work environment: As a result of the pandemic, we analyzed and made the necessary adjustments in the work environment to improve safety and prevent infection.

Mental health: We have introduced measures aimed at the mental health of employees, with the aim of minimizing the effects of stress and uncertainty associated with the pandemic.

Limitation of training and education: We assessed the limitations in training and education of employees and developed alternative approaches to maintain a high level of expertise.

Increased bureaucracy: We discussed the challenges associated with bureaucracy and suggested effective procedures for administrative processes in the new work situation.

Health and hygiene measures: We have thoroughly reviewed and implemented the necessary health and hygiene measures to ensure the safety of all employees.

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have actively focused on re-evaluating and adjusting our health and safety strategies. The goal is to ensure optimal protection of employees and the working environment against various threats and risks that the pandemic brings.

At the end, we played interesting videos that illustrated various health and safety issues and COVID19.
